About The Elder Conservatorium All-Stars

The Elder Conservatorium All-Stars is a six-piece ensemble featuring exceptional third-year and Honours students pursuing jazz performance at the University of Adelaide. These musicians are actively engaged in numerous original projects across Adelaide, showcasing a diverse array of musical styles, including jazz, folk, funk, and soul.

They will debut a set of original tunes at Dougstock in 2024. The band includes third-year vocalist Aisha Winter, keyboardist Nat Brice, saxophonist Daniel Penberthy, guitarist Curtis Worden, drummer Jesse Sprason, and Honours bassist Jacob Phillips. Hand-picked for their creative originality by the jazz faculty, these students are sure to dazzle festival-goers with their musicianship and songwriting talents.
